We attempt to avoid collecting sensitive information, but where necessary, it is shared with our service providers, including Microsoft as the main sub-processor, always in compliance with GDPR and under the security measures required to protect your data. 5. Data Retention and Security

The collected information is stored in data centers within the EU, "North Europe" and "Sweden Central", or "on-prem" at the customer, for up to a period of 3 years, after which it is permanently deleted from the system. We implement stringent security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or loss, in line with the prescribed security standards.
